Steve
Magginetti has acted as an expert witness in many matters
involving maintenance as it relates to aircraft accidents,
incidents and disputes over repair quality and pricing.
He draws from his 30 years of "hands on" experience
on the hangar floor. He has testified in Federal and State
courts and multiple depositions. He excels in courtroom
technical displays and can clearly communicate complex
technical issues as easily understood principles to a

California, in Aircraft Accident Investigation. He brings
his depth of knowledge in the maintenance field to analyze
how maintenance issues played a role in an accident. He has
